Orange Park Medical Center Kitchen / Central Energy Plant Expansion
The project consists of approximately 6,300 SF of new kitchen/dining space, 8,700 SF of kitchen/dining renovations, and upgrades and additions to the central energy plant.
Scope of work includes selective demolition / concrete, masonry / structural steel / joint selants / waterproofing / roofing / spray fireproofing / firestopping / doors / hardware / storefront and glazing / drywall/framing/EIFS / acoustical ceilings / painting / flooring / miscellaneous specialties / signage / casework / fire sprinklers / test and balance / access control / sitework / and landscape / irrigation.
Orange Park Medical Center South Tower Vertical Expansion
The project consists of approximately 89,000 SF of new patient tower construction and 6,700 SF of major/minor renovations to existing spaces.
Scope of work includes selective demolition / deep foundations / concrete / structural steel / waterproofing / roofing / spray fireproofing / firestopping / doors / hardware / storefront and glazing / overhead doors and security grilles / drywall/framing / acoustical ceilings / painting / flooring / miscellaneous specialties / signage / casework / fire sprinklers / test and balance / access control / sitework / and landscape / irrigation.
